Refund / Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Lot's Of Happiness. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Bookings

You may change your booking date or details up to 48 hours before the event without incurring a fee, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by Lot's Of Happiness

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
